High-tech Baby in the Bathroom

Boon creates self-described “innovations for modern parents.”

Their first, paradigm-changing invention was the frog pod, a combination bath toy scoop, drainer, and storage container shaped like a frog. The frog pod has hooks for washclothes or scrubbies, a self-draining storage basket for water toys, and a shelf for potions (I favor the pump-top California Baby Wash — an all-in-one product.)

Boon now makes bath toys — 15 foam “stickers,” 3 balls, and 2 nylon scrubbies.

Boon’s second innovation was a combo potty/stepstool, with two storage compartments.

Flo solves the soap-in-the-eyes problem. It’s a soft plastic spout cover that turns a regular bathroom facut into a rinsing waterfall and bubble bath dispenser, but still allows adult access to the shower converter knob.

I’m less impressed with Flair, Boon’s pricey, plasticy highchair, but the animal bean bag is a great invention. You stuff it with stuffed animals.
